Fished the Zoneton Crusade For Children tournament on Rough this Saturday. Great cause to donate too, but the Zoneton fire department ran a highly organized well run fishing tournament. To have 90 some boats at such a small ramp, things went very smooth. The volunteers working were exceptional and although we waded through 35 fish and couldn't get a single keeper, it was a great day and a great experience. Probably one of the best run events I have ever fished.

Also, picked up two reels and two rods from fellow member thelegend. Chris has repaired and cleaned reels for me before, but this is the first time he repaired rods for me. Fished with them saturday and they are just like new. If you need reels cleaned and repaired or rods repaired make sure to look Chris up. Quality of work is excellent, price is beyond fair, and turnaround is quick.

Glad to have a board with quality members who promote fishing.

Going to Rough on Thursday with my dad, haven't been there in years. How was the fishing Saturday any patterns? and what was the winning weight. Thanks for any info.
