Floyd's Fork Small Mouth

I really enjoy taking my boys down to the creek whenever I can. Happened to have Tuesday off (working this weekend) and I took my 3 yr old down to the canoe ramp at Floyd's just off of Taylorsville rd. The water was still muddy and up from the rain last week. We started with some redworms but I eventually switched his over to a white jig under a bobber (keeps him busy anyway) and I started using a Heddon torpedo. We caught 4 good sized small mouth just standing there casting off the canoe ramp. It was a pretty good day. Looking forward to the water level dropping a bit so we can wade around there. Anyway, just wanted to get to share. Take care all.
