I'd say TOP 5.

And I'd almost put KY/TN in the top 1-2 because of multiple species of black bass and very good opportunities for most other species YEAR AROUND.

Florida, California and Texas rank up there pretty high too for year around, and multiple species, but I'm a bass fisherman, so KY/TN needs to be near the top of the list.
