I couldn't decide if I wanted smoked or grilled, so I made both.

In reality, I'm taking one to eat down at the Lake Fri, Sat Sun, so I don't have to spend so much eating out. Especially since I added another trip next weekend.

The smoked turned out crazy, CRAZY good.........

What the H*** George!!! When we go fishing all I get is bologna and out of date chips. Then you go with someone else and cook something like this. I guess if someone beat me at fishing from the back of my boat as bad as I do you I wouldn't cook for them either.

Be nice.......I'm just trying to figure out how to save some smack.. I have a crap ton of trips, and my wife laid down the HAMMER. My budget for these trips, gas, fishing baits, truck gas, hotel, is 200 a trip.......Hell TRUCK gas is **** near that much .

So I'm cutting all meals. Taking food from here. I made these two loins for under 20 bucks. Add a salad and a bag of veggies, and I'm all in for less than 10 bucks/day for food........NOT BAD.

I'm gonna be cooking at dale at night too......and maybe breakfasts........GOTTA save some jack.
