The same goes for the school district, local prosecuting attorney etc. Everyone covers their hide even if it means throwing the occasional innocent person under the bus as a result.
I think a lot of problems in school today is because we stopped allowing corporal punishment. When I was in school and got blistered by a teacher, I generally got blistered at home too, and then had to apologize to the teacher, IN FRONT of the class, or I would have been blistered again.

I got wooped at school a lot.......every **** one of them was deserved.....
