I used to faint all the time for various reasons. Generally from a standing position you fall forwards, not backwards. She does have a sick like skin tone to her though, and she kind of has that nervous energy where's shes trying to keep moving slightly as it gets worse.

I would have either got down to a horizontal position or fainted and fell face first right into the back of the president.

I'm 50/50 on this incident.
