I drove over Nolin dam today. The water looked NASTY, it was black . Is this the turn over ???? If so ... How long before the water looks good again ???

Sounds like it to me. If you go on the main lake you should see the same thing with decaying leaves floating.

It's started to turnover but not complete yet. I was out there yesterday AM and it was pretty dingy/dark. But it was the best bite I've seen in a long time! I only fished a couple of hours but caught two 2's and a 3-3.5 in a span of about 45 mins. Don't let that nasty water scare ya!
