my guess would be, there's as many Christian's that are registered to any one political party as there are to another. how people live their lives is why, Jesus said many are called but few are chosen. and he said, strait is the gate and narrow is the way, that leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

here is something some of you guys say, when someone has a different view point than you about a subject. you call them a FOOL.

here is something Jesus said about calling another person a FOOL, " a FOOL is a man that says in his heart, There is no GOD. "

here is what Jesus said about anyone that calls someone a FOOL," if you call someone a Fool, you are guilty enough to go into the fiery hell. "

This post and this thread are a perfect example of why it's not wise to talk about Politics or Religion. This thread is proof positive of what can happen when this conversation get's started. It's particularly bad on internet talk forums that are not properly moderated. Sometimes things have to get really far out of hand before the site owner figures out that it's not a good idea to allow political and religious speech on their forums.

Many site owners fight with this issue of freedom of speech vs making the site unfriendly to users and their families due to heated arguments.

I know a few people who claim to be Christian but don't always do as Jesus did. Jesus was quicker to forgive than some on the internet.

I personally think we would all get along a lot better with each other if we left politics and religion out of here. Just my two cents.

The Bible is a collection of stories used to guide ones life with,not to hang on every scripture as if it is the end all.You can find multiple scriptures that contradict one another,that said I consider myself a Christian,believe in God ,and while I may be ready to stomp someone's rearend that threatens my Country and Children's future there is just No way you can spin what Obama has and is doing,You cannot serve God and mammon ,Obama and the infiltrator ilk are evil, Muslim,Destructors of this country because of jealousy and radical religious beliefs.Obama's whole family were Communists,he attended a Jakarta in Indoneasia,attended radical church's elsewhere,the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and he's proven that.
He sends American Tax $$$ to every Muslim Cause he can find while ignoring the plight of this country,has forcefully implemented Destructive policies like the ACA that are all about taking our money and controlling the people.Hell,Obama wrote a book describing his big Dream of tearing America apart.
Well,my family has fought for Freedom and Rights in this country for Centuries mind you,not decades Centuries and I'll be Damned if I'll let some Two Bit Communist Party destroy what I Love and My Children's Future.
As far as my "Extremism" I dealt with Viet Cong and I'm knowledgeable about Islamic Extremists and nomatter how bad you people think you can rationalize or negotiate with these idiots,YOU CAN NOT.
They are a plague upon Our Country,Our Freedom,and Our way of Life.So don't expect me to stand down.

Christians in Syria are facing growing threats from Islamic jihadists, and live in fear of their attacks every day.



In the past two weeks, mortars launched from Muslim-controlled neighborhoods into al-Qassaa the Christian district of Damascus, have killed over 32 people. “You don’t know when and you don’t know where they hit,” said Sami Amir, a Christian merchant.



Christians are the largest group among Syria’s religious minorities and receive harsh threats from Islamists within the country. Most Christians believe the threats stem from rebels’ perception that Christians support Pres. Bashar Assad’s reign.



While not all Christians in Syria are united in Assad’s support, they have attempted to stay on the sidelines of the political turmoil, which has caused a bloody civil war over the past two years.

Political scientist, Hilal Khashan said, “When you bring a Christian and make him choose between Assad and the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, the answer is clear,” explaining that rebels perceive Christians to be the enemy simply because they are not Muslims.



Rebels continue to raid and conquer Christian villages and slaughter priests. Christians celebrating religious holidays have also been targeted and murdered for their faith
