This post and this thread are a perfect example of why it's not wise to talk about Politics or Religion. This thread is proof positive of what can happen when this conversation get's started. It's particularly bad on internet talk forums that are not properly moderated. Sometimes things have to get really far out of hand before the site owner figures out that it's not a good idea to allow political and religious speech on their forums.
Many site owners fight with this issue of freedom of speech vs making the site unfriendly to users and their families due to heated arguments.
I know a few people who claim to be Christian but don't always do as Jesus did. Jesus was quicker to forgive than some on the internet.
I personally think we would all get along a lot better with each other if we left politics and religion out of here. Just my two cents.
