I personally like DST. The reason is about this time of year, places at KY lake and Dale Hollow go to "winter" hours. When they do that, if I stay fishin till DARK, no place is open for dinner. After DST goes into effect in the fall, it is dark by 6:00pm and most places are open till 7:00pm. It gives me a fightin chance to get the evening bite AND be able to eat dinner .
