Where does the extra hour come from?

When we all turn the clocks back an hour, where does that "extra" hour come from? Do we buy all those hours from the Chinese? Is that hour just stored in the clock from when we jumped it forward last spring? Do people without clocks get a clock hour credit subsidy? How many man hours and lost productivity lost does the effort of resetting clocks cost? When at 2:00 AM I reset my clock am I now a time traveler returning to a previous time?

After some research of how this started and considering the fella from New Zealand proposing DST in 1895, Germany starting it 1916, USA starting in 1918 the claimed savings on energy usage, the ability for folks who work inside to actually see the sun during the work week and all the other claims I have come to a conclusion......I blame Obama. He and only he has the gall to assume the sun sets and rises on his arse...... Just sayin.
