    Slick ramps....

be careful approaching steep launch ramps over the next few days due to all the leaves on the road surface. pulled the boat over pleasant hill this morning during the rain, the leaves were thick, wet and extremely slick. the hill going down to pleasant hill launch ramp is fairly steep and very curvy....one minute i was in control....the next split second i was a mere passenger on a sled ride with the boat trying to pass me up. i never even gave these conditions a thought on the way to the ramp, i will be thinking about it tommorrow morning i tell ya

Your lucky Jeff to have gained control that road and ramp IS NOT a place you want to loose it at. Dang man I'm glad you didn't end up in the drink. I haven't launched there in years but use to all the time. My lot is right up the road in Heritage trace and my Mother and Father in law's place is on Flannigan road...
