    DJ NO the examples I gave were deliberate signs of NO interference. The police wont enforce the laws. employers wont use the laws, BUT they are laws, passed by congress.All these folks are breaking the law, by avoiding it, or ignoring it.If no one would illegaly hire them, they wouldn't be here. What part of that can't you understand?

    My issue, and the point of my post is that legal versus illegal is not even close to being the same when you look at the dollars made/spent. Using that data I'm surprised that ANYONE would want to be legal. It doesn't pay.
