Again Bonefish you are right on target however I would like your and every one else opinion is he destroying America through ignorance or is it intentional.
If it is intentional who is pulling his strings?
Roadrunner, I wish I knew the answer to that question. If you watch the “Blacklist”, it makes you think if there could be under-lying forces that we know nothing about that control governments of the world. Being that I have no first-hand knowledge of such things, I must stick to things I feel are true. I feel like the American people needed and wanted a change in their government, and the time seemed right for a young black man with grand promises of change to become president. Mind you, it was the impressionistic young, the uninformed, the misguided, the hand-out taker, and the power-seekers that put him in office. Truly, it was a moment in American history when all caution was thrown to the wind. Still to this day many of us are asking how this could happen. Well, it did and now we are seeing the consequences of a president not ready for the job. Many Democrats are now pulling away from him because they see him as weak. If Obama and Democrats had prior knowledge of economics they would have known taking one-sixth of the economy and placing it under complex bureaucratic regulations, market disincentives, high cost and new taxes that their legislation had little chance of success. Big government programs most always do not meet the dreamer’s expectations, in other words, “governmental fantasy.”
Again Obama allowed Russia to be peacemaker in the Middle East. Who would have thought France is now the hard-liner with Iran. He said Israel had little to fear with his negotiations with Iran. Even more freighting is legislation can be adopted by a press conference. Isn’t that a bold move? This is a desperate act from desperate president. Some of the problems setting up big government programs involve not taking the time to think things through… a “looseness” with the facts so to speak, which begins with over-promising. Then when the wheels start to come off, the posturing and spinning starts, and after that comes the hypocrisy of big government programs… the benefits and exemptions to favored constituencies and politically connected to save face and minimize harm in the next election. This administration is drowning in its sins of commission in a flood of empty promises. Before this administration is over, he will find himself retreating in the shadows of failure. But until then his task now is to be not remember in American history for a total failure.
Couldn't agree more on how he became potus and his legacy. People wanted change and got caught up in the Hollywood style of his politics.....I wasn't fooled for one second and I don't have the college learnuns that a lot of people do.....I can just spot a liar, fake snake oil salesman a mile away......and he is worse than all those.Roadrunner, I wish I knew the answer to that question. The thing is....he will always hide under the shield of racist hate against him. This was and is the trump card by the Dems over and over.... It was a bold, smart and tactile play by a party that held nothing back to get their way.

I am afraid this is the real problem even more so than Obama. I saw it when Clinton was re-elected after having sex with a young intern in the oval office; a sure sign of moral decay and now we have the above mentioned people electing those who will represent us.
Besides the moral decay we have lost our pride and our values. Most people my age (68) and certainly my parents age would starve to death before they would accept hand out from the government. They would accept help from a neighbor but they would work for it if they were able. Now so many people expect the government to take care of them, they think it is owed to them and they want to stay on the gravy train as long as possible where as their grandparents wanted out of the program as soon as possible. The people today will even game the system or cheat in any way to get on and stay on the gravy train. Their grandparent would have rather staved to death than to cheat the system. They would take some assistance for their family if they could not provide any other way but it would be an embarrassment for them.
We can not be proud of where we are today and if we continue down this path we are in real trouble in the very near future in my opinion.
As I grew up my family did not have much, but my father made sure we have food and cloths to go to school. He quit school at the 8th grade, but he always was able to work because he could do most anything with his mind and hands. I have to say most of the time he worked in jobs he did not enjoy, but he provided the basics for us. It know it would have been hard for him to ask anyone for help and to his credit he never had too. However, there people who have fell on hard times because they have lost their job and can't find work. Evern the well educated have tasted the bitterness of being unemployed. For those people who have family to support, my heart goes out them, but to those who do not try, I have no empathy. I started another Thread on "50 years of Night in Eastern Kentucky" written by John Cheves which addresses this very thing. This is a well written account as to what has happened in Easter Kentucky up to this point. The future of Eastern Kentucky and of this nation does not look good at this point as far as I am concerned. Just look at how many robberies there has been so far this month here in Lexington, Kentucky.
I most certainly agree the people who are not employed for no fault of their own need a safety net, unfortunately people will abuse a good program. It is not a life style it is there to help those in need.As I grew up my family did not have much, but my father made sure we have food and cloths to go to school. Yea, you're probably right........NOT because she's a good candidate, but because there are a **** ton of IDIOT liberals who will vote for her because it is "time".
GAWD I'm so tired of buffoonery..........

This "regime" has absolutely no allegiance to fact whatsoever. This is an administration of upper echelon lies with virtually every public statement. This is totalitarian, 3rd world-style of governing fueled by propagandist lies, with no consequences or impunity, with almost full collusion from the mass information services. This is entirely unprecedented in the history our democracy. The regime's policies are, as well, destroying America and all of this accomplished in one 6 year "reign." This is the measure by which history will judge Obama, for as long as civilization persists. This is the Obama Legacy!
Bonefish I agree with all you said my question do you feel this is due to incompetence or is this being done because he hates America. One moment I think he is destroying the America I love because he hates it then I look at his qualifications and I think he is totally incompetent.
I know he ran on changing America and redistributing wealth and he has been successful with these two agendas. Because of his lies we do not know how much damage he is really doing. I know he has changed the way unemployment is measured so we don't know the real numbers. We also know his obama care is not about health care but is about redistribution of wealth and because of this and how terrible it really is as far as providing affordable good health care to the masses it might be his undoing.
