    Nolin

Fishing there saturday. Was wondering if anyone has been down there recently. Would like to know conditions and bait recommendations. I will be fishing my first tournament ever!

Water is going to be muddy most likely. With all this rain we just got. Last Friday the water temps was 49 in the morning to 53 in the afternoon. Let's is know how it goes!

Fished out there last weekend. Like mention it will probably be muddy now. Then it was stained but not bad. I saw water temps around 57* closer towards moutardier. I was throwing a jerkbait and did pretty good in the stickups.
You fishing the houska open (sp?).

I'm not sure how its spelled either but yea. Thanks for the heads up. Figured the water would be a little colder by now.

Didn't do to bad for my first tourney. We brought back 4 fish. 2 keepers and 2 slots. The biggest we caught went 4.2 lbs. I didn't stay around for the entire weigh in but I think 14.6 lbs won it. We caught tons of short fish on a wiggle wart rick clunn jerk baits. We were down by the **** most of the day where the water was the clearest. Heard the wax area was staind to muddy. Water temp was anywhere from 51 to 53.

A 4.2 is pretty good for nolin. Was it a decent turnout?
