In all honesty, it is not a black thing, but a criminal thing. I lived across the street of a kid for nine years when I lived in Louisville. Kid was ALWAYS in trouble, even when he was 8 or 9 years old. In and out of juvenile detention centers when he was a teenager. A few years ago he broke into a house in Shepherdsville, lady homeowner comes home to find him in her garage with her shotgun, she wrestles it away from him, shoots and kills him. His family members were outraged on Facebook saying things like "She didn't have to shoot him," or "Just because he broke in someone's house, didn't mean he deserved to die."
