Anyone else feel their Bloodpressure elevate seeing this??? My gosh we continue to baby generations and allow kids to grow into monsters. Simple solution to this....find them cut off one hand and go to jail for life. Too harsh??? Maybe just a few fingers??? Either way PUNISHMENT is what's needed.
