OH my gosh!!!!! Where is the freaking I love this post button!!!!!!!!! Excellent excellent way to explain what is going on. I would add that Obama has duped millions of folks to believe his way and his way is wrong, self serving and to get those votes for liberals. Those same people who voted for this idiot will feel the pain and then maybe they will realize how ignorant they really are. Well maybe some will but many are sadly not smart enough....

Democrats Vote To Deny Veteran Pensions And Protect Illegal Alien Welfare Checks

In a “smash you head against the wall” frustrating kind of way, the Democrats of the Senate have chosen to give hard earned tax payer money to freeloaders rather than those who deserve and have paid their dues. Democrats have denied giving money back to veteran pensions because the proposed budget change would take away from illegal alien welfare funds.

Yesterday we reported that Obama signed a budget that effectively took away from our veterans on a yearly basis. Basically what happened is the cost of living was supposed to be raised only a percentage of the normal rate to veterans as their pensions were paid. It came out to the rise in inflation minus one percent—costing each veteran thousands over the span of their pensions. It was proposed to save $7 billion dollars over the next ten years.

Trying to remedy this fact, Republicans scrambled to come up with a solution. One solution they thought perfectly clear would be to take away from the fund we use to give away free money to the lazy who just don’t feel like working—people on welfare.

Alabama Republican Jeff Sessions stated:

“Removing this unbalanced treatment of our military retirees ought to be one of the key actions we should take before this legislation moves forward. In fact, greater savings than this can be achieved by passing a legislative fix recommended by the Inspector General of the U.S. Treasury that would stop the IRS from improperly providing tax credits to illegal aliens.”

They proposed to squash a loophole on freeloading non-citizens leeching off the nation’s mandated taxes by requiring a social security number to claim the child tax credit. A genius solution, and frankly it’s about time someone said it. The proposal would have been enough to pay for the “loses” incurred by the proposal to give back to veterans what was already theirs—and some.



It turns out that just in the year 2010, $4.2 Billion dollars were claimed wrongfully through this loophole. Imagine the amount this would save if spanned over the ten years as well. The money stolen from our vets would be a drop in the bucket.

But why would we take it away from people who don’t deserve it when we can just take a little more from American veterans that have already given so much.

Democrats swiftly batted the proposal quicker than you can say “dependant voter.” Now, we know that “somehow” dead people manage to vote for Democrats, but the amount of illegal immigrants who happened to get their hands on a ballot proved to be a serious issue in 2012 as well as pevious years.

But we wouldn’t want to damage the pool of voters so dependent on the government they would die from their own laziness, would we? Like domesticated zoo animals, they could never survive in the wild because of their complacency and dependence on someone who remains just as dependant on them in order to stay in power.

Why can’t liberal minded politicians get past their political agendas and back to doing what they were elected for—you know, speaking for the people. I’m sorry to say, illegal aliens aren’t the American people. They aren’t supposed to be here, they’re not citizens, and they certainly don’t deserve the rights our veterans are entitled to.



The vote ended up splitting the two parties right down the middle where all 45 Republicans voted yes and 54 of the 55 Democrats voted no. North Carolina Sen. Kay Hagan was the only one to switch sides parting with republicans leaving the total vote 46-54.

It is literally disgusting to watch politicized marionettes dance around the Capital making decisions that don’t even make sense and are in fact hurting America and her citizens. There is no other side to this argument, it is either give our veterans what they earned and help the country or give away more of our money to people who have no right to it and hurt our country. The logic is just baffling as they chose the former. All in the name of a few votes I guess.

Let us know how outraged you are by politicians such as Harry Reid for perusing their anti-American agenda.

So, if someone making 30,000 loses 1% of the COLA, we're talking about 300.00. Now break that down by 26 paychecks.

We're talking about 11.53 cents a month........Are you FREAKIN KIDDING ME.

The world is not going to end over this. It is a dent and if you cannot afford 11 bucks a month, you REALLY need to re evaluate what you spend money on.
