Absolutely correct. Humans are not animals. And while my belief in that statement is grounded in my faith, it doesn't have to be. We share broad similarities with animals--we eat, mate, seek shelter and warmth. But cognitively, emotionally, spiritually, intrinsically--humans are unique.
