This just in: Louisville has narrowed their coaching search to 3 candidates, Hal Mumme, Joker Phillips and a head scratcher of a finalist - Billy Gillespie.

That's so ridiculous its laughable. The new coaching staff has already been assembled, Head coach will be John L. Smith (he needs the cash), offensive coordinator Steve Kragthorpe and defensive coordinator Ron Cooper. Director of football operations will be another Ex-U of L coach Lee Corso......Look out ACC, here we come!

I don't want it but I am betting the bank Petrino is back. He wants the job and Jurich needs a quick fix. I will say this Louisville will not misss a beat if he does come back because he may be the best offensive mind in all of college football.
