A couple of buddies of mine went to Lake Cumberland over the weekend. They fished up creek arms and were pulling live shad on flatlines. One of my buddies was at the front of the boat tossing a bucktail jig while my other buddy was in the middle of the boat bouncing a Flitter 4 off the bottom as they pulled the live shad. The Flitterbait got hit and after a long battle, a 39 inch 30 lb striper came to the net. This fish was fat! Somehow this fish was able to survive the die offs and low water. After a few picture, my buddy released it to give another fisherman the thrill of a life time. I'll post a picture in the Photo section when I get a chance.
