Obama did try something, at least now if you have a illness you can get coverage, the insurance co. can't just say we don't want customers like you, we want to sell coverage to healthy people. you see what I'm trying to say, he TRIED something.
The dems did not take time to read the bill so what makes you think that they would have given the repubs a chance in hell to pass a bill? Maybe if the bill had been read it could have been altered into something good. Both parties are sorry as hell! All they worry about is pulling wool over our eyes and getting reelected!
