Targeted advertising Post not showing up Why?

I'm wondering why I can't see the thread post that I just put up about advertising being targeted to one's computer.

I've had 5 views in less than two minutes and I'm thinking that all five of those views were me trying to see the post I just added to the off topics section.

Is that due to the topic subject or just my computer acting up again.
