I really don't know what she would do, I could ASSUME what she might do, and give you an answer. but I'd rather just wait a couple more years, and we can find out together.

He was talking about OIL imports when it was said. AND those imports come in from TANKERS............overseas tankers....

Technically, without a transcript, I don't know if he said over seas or overseas......it makes a GIGANTIC difference Gotta love the engrish language.
