Kevin Durant better than advertised

I am watching the Heat Thunder game and Miami jumps out 22-4 in the first 6 mins of the game. Miami is now down 23 in the 4th quarter. 41 point turnaround against The Big 3 with all of them playing in Miami. Durant can't be guarded by anybody on this planet or any other planet for that matters. I told my buddy Cliff that Durant should have been the first pick ahead of Greg Oden back in 2007 on draft night. In 10 years there will be shows on ESPN about how in the world could Greg Oden ever have been drafted ahead of Durant just like the show about how could Sam Bowie ever be picked 1 spot ahead of Michael Jordan. Durant is absolutely unstoppable and with Michael Westbrook going down with injury but OKC hasn't missed a beat, Durant deserves the MPV in a landslide vote.

I think KD is better without RW. It has taken years for those two to mesh and now with RW injury he has nothing to stop him from stepping up. A good supporting cast and no question on who needs the ball and KD can play his game. I also think that those years he took it on the chin about how RW was taking his glory and trying to upstage him has helped him understand that it's his time to show everyone he is the man....not by words but by actions.

Old man Oden was a bust for sure but when you go into the NBA at age 45 your knees are shot already!

Durant is the best player in the league hands down. He is also much easier to like than Bron Bron to, just sayin.
