OK its cold!

While this is the longest cold winter in the 20 yrs I'vem lived in Ky. Its has been colder but it quickly passed. e still have no snow or ice in Glasgow. NW Indiana has had + 60 inches of snow. And theres 5 more weeks of winter left.

I told you early this year....the signs were all there and it is here and through Feb it shall stay...

I knew this winter was going to be bad when I saw a woolly worm curled up in the fetal position sucking its thumb...

There are some startling pictures of the great lakes, almost 60 % covered with ice. One of the piers that I used to fish in march is ice covered. We caught a lot of big brown trout there, and lake trout in the late fall. And theres more coming! Wish the health was better, would love to fish the harbors through the ice in Wisc. steel head trout,coaters. and northern pike. been at least 5 years since I was up there.
