They will be but freshmen are just that ''First year players'' and they make mistakes.
Those Harrison twins may be the biggest overrated freshmen I have ever seen. Before they dribbled a ball this year I thought they were the second coming from the press. Too much hype is being put on these Ky recruits.
Those first two years under Calipari is NOT going to happen all the time and its very delusional to think that way.

All I keep hearing is these guys aren't hussling, they aren't trying...like they are suppose to beat EVERYBODY they play. UK folks need to come back down to earth and realize that maybe they are young and just not all that good. I called on ''THIS SITE'' that they would have 6 to 7 losses in the regular season this year, look it up. All freshemn every year is not the way not even for the almighty John Calipari. By the way if it keeps going like this for another two or three years he's out of here mark my words. There is already rumblings of him being stressed and not having any fun ect ect...
Way too much hype put on unproven Freshmen, I agree. They are used to being THE MAN on high school squads. Until they have went against others equal or better to them in talent on a daily basis, the hype is all too often for not. Some kids are special...I get it...and you know they are going to be great from the instant they first lace them up. (ie: Wall, Davis, etc.) But those are rare.

The UK team this year just isn't great. They're better than last year's abomination...and I think we're Top 25 on athletic ability alone...but we're not all-world and we're not title contenders without some experienced talent and heart/will. The Sweet 16 is all this team has in it, and that's not a guarantee. I'd be shocked if they went farther than that.

You'll see about 6 more years out of Calipari at Kentucky...I still think he might put together a "special" squad like the 2012 National Championship Team again one more time in his career...then he'll retire while he's on top.

Richie Farmer ought to be out of prison by then to take over the helm.
