This is just a post for information.

As of 11:00 AM today, 02/19/14 Big Bear ramp and Moor's ramps on KY Lake still had a fair amount of ice preventing their use. Big Bear had probably 100' of ice to bust to get to open water, and the main ramp (the one besides the gas dock) at Moor's had about 50' of ice to bust through to get to open water. The alternate ramp at Moor's had probably close to 200' of ice to break to get to open water. Although the ice doesn't appear to be extremely thick, personally I would be hesitant to attempt to break through it with a fiberglass boat. Just so you all know!

I do know Fenton ramp is clear. I do not know about any of the other public ramps, although many of the coves still have at least some ice in the backs of the coves.
