I think you're right Tim. I looked at it again later and it was fixed.

The only way she could win a tournament is if everyone else stayed home. Besides, I look better fishing then she would.

Zona had said something about basstrakk was not operating just right so thats probally why it showed KVD in 25th yesterday. I don't think it was updating correctly. About KVD, I'm a big fan of him but I'm just wondering if he has reached his peak and just aint going any further. I was pulling for him to win his 5th title but he just didn't seem to be on his game from practice to finish.

It was a great tourny but you have to feel bad for randle tharp. To have your lower unit go out on day 2 and have to be towed back to the ramp to have a new one put on on the ramp is terrible. Give him those 3 hours back on day 2 and theres a good chance he wins despite all the lost fish. They said on day 3 he was moving from one dock to another and stopped to flip a laydown and hooked the fish in the nastiest part of it. He pinned the fish to a branch on top of the water and it was layin there flopping and came off as he moved closer to grab it. Said it was a 9-10lber that would have pushed him over the top

Overall, it looked like a pretty good tournament to me. I might have scored much better if I hadn't chosen KVD for my team but...

I feel bad for Randall Tharp because hes was one of the favorites to win. At one time he lived on the lake/in the area so that is why he was one of the favorites.

I feel even worse for Paul Muller. He is the angler who worked his way up through the federation to earn the right to fish in the classic. He lives in Connecticut and had little to no experience on the lake. In all the years of the classic only one time has somebody from the federation won the classic. His 1st day total was 9 lbs 10 oz with ONLY 3 fish. He was second by only one pound...1 small keeper away from being a world champion. 2 decent keepers and he would have been way out in front. Imagine how hard it is to think you was one small keeper away from winning the classic and being crowned a world champion.

Personally I was pulling for Edwin Evers. He is one of the best anglers out there with an AOY title but no classic title.

Randy Howell will be a good ambassador for the sport.

A fish that never leave's your brain Randal Tharp

The classic, the one fish you come so close, the fish that will change your life.
Your brain will replay this fish as it swims away, a life time.
Possible multiple classic success's will help dull the memory.

Oh I don't feel bad for any of them. They got a chance to do something that most anglers could only dream of. Whether you won it or came in last place it would still have to be the thrill of a lifetime just to be a part of it.
