World record bluegill

Fisherman14 showed me this picture and I thought it was amazing. A 5 pound bluegill 17 inches long caught in Arizona! Just thought this was pretty darn cool so I wanted to share

How did he ever get that in the boat? That had to be some fight.

I was reading about the world record bluegill, and what I read was a guy named Amos Gray caught it in 1998, it weighed 5.7 and was caught in South Carolina. a very nice catch for sure.

You think those spines hurt when you catch a normal bluegill.... Imagine the damage that bruiser would do to ya if he stuck ya haha
