What doe's sanctions against Iran nhave to do with the veterans bill? Can't congress just vote for apples, and another bill for oranges? Why mix them together,and attach something about sardines? Ican't understand the term transparency, the way congress uses it. I look at a veterans bill. with restrictions and benefits and that's all. Its clear, like a bucket of water, you can see what's in it. Here cpmes congress, adding a shovel of bull **** to it, and calling it transparent.
