    What gives?

What in the world is going on with uk. I'm watching this South Carolina game and there is no effort or heart. I'm embarrassed these guys are even wearing kentucky on the front of their jerseys. Now they may win this game but god it's hard to watch. Remember those idiots that said this team was gonna go 40-0? Hahaha.... Fools! I don't see this team making it past the first weekend Of the tourney. Drives me insane that there's so much potential and talent yet nothing to show for it. Is this on coach cal or a bad mix of players? Hell probably both. Either way very disappointing.

I'm generally a Coach Cal fan, but I thought he acted like a real ******* tonight. His "Do you want to throw me out?" routine got him sent packing...and I, for one, thought he deserved it. He stands and screams at the officials the whole game, then constantly berates the players. A little of that goes a long way. A lot of that...well...maybe the kids don't want to hear it anymore and just lay down, especially if they are crybabies to begin with.

While better than last year, the team just isn't that good. The Harrison boys are not worth the playing time that they are getting, in my opinion.

2nd round exit in the NCAA's and on to next year.

I thought the ref was too quick on the trigger with the ejection. One technical max - just look how tv teddy (of all people) handled mic Cronin in the uconn Cincy game. Cronin was more animated and tv teddy got in his face and settled him down without issuing a technical.

I saw that and the Ted v was out of line as well getting in the face of Cronin. I believe a T wasn't issued because he knew he was out of line but all that aside I believe there has been a big inconsistency with officials this year. Curious how they call the ncaa tourney

Too young, no upper-class leadership, whine and cry too much, this, that, the other .......... I got one for you OVER-RATED!!!! I have watched UK play ball for all of my 46 years and I have NEVER been more frustrated in them as I am now. Last year Noel gets hurt and basically no help off the bench were two legitimate excuses for some of the issues. This year no injuries and a few more bodies off the bench take care of those excuses. At one time we had 5 field goals for 11 points and 13 points from the free throw line. Went like 3 days without a made basket during the game, which is a joke. We're they doubling or triple teaming Randle EVERYTIME he touched the ball, Nope but it takes him 39 minutes and 38 seconds to make a field goal. WCS should have been able to dominate the middle. Together Randle and WCS have 2 made field goals for the game, TWO- I SAID TWO, are you kidding me?? These 2 guys are supposed to be first round draft picks but they can't dominate an obvious outmanned South Carolina bunch. OVER-RATED IS ALL I CAN SAY!! You couldn't take both Harrison boys, chop them up and glue the best parts of each to make one ball player to match their hype. Greatest recruiting class ever, The Fab Five still hold that title. Hell The Fab Five could play the entire Freshmen team on UK at the same time 5 on what 8,9 ?? And would still win by 20. You want to create a 40-0 team? Take this years talent and breed it to Pitinos first team that went 14-14 ( I think) and you get 40-0. I don't care if we lose but lose with HEART, SENSE OF URGENCY, EFFORT AND PRIDE!! Otherwise, stay at the Big Blue Dorm tweeting , texting, emailing and whatever about how good you are, put your name in the draft and become the next Daniel Orton. Because right now, Randle being a late first round draft draft pick is all I see and the rest need at least another year in school and maybe 2-3 more

I thought it was just to throw him out. He was almost to the 3 point line. He works the officials and then then says throw me out. Well he got his wish. I thought they played much better without Cal.

The official in the Cinnci game helped instigate by getting in Cronnin's face.

Tv teddy should not have got in his face I agree with that I guess I was just looking at the fact that he didn't t him up and toss him in less than a second like calipari got. Not sure which I would rather have as a coach in that situation.

I'm out of the Cal canoe. I think the players are fine, but they are not being coached at all. Heck, we don't have any inbounds plays.

I read this article yesterday that really takes Calipari to task.

    http://sports.yahoo.com/news/you-mad...RVTUxIADLhNbK5_

Here is an excerpt, the rest can be read following the link.
As his program crash-landed at rock bottom Saturday at South Carolina, John Calipari excused himself from the proceedings. He got himself tossed by the officials, and then blew off the press conference after his Kentucky Wildcats lost to a team ranked No. 178 in America according to the RPI.
When the going got tough, Cal got out.
It was a nostalgic flashback to December, when Calipari made a four-minute postgame interview appearance after losing to Baylor, then abruptly got up and left when the first question was directed toward one of his players. His freshmen sat there and answered the rest of the queries without him..........
