Also I don't know where you live but we did not have an 80 degree weather in November here in my neck of the woods, not even close...................LOL
Max temp for Nov of 2013 for Lagrange was 66.6 and the low was 17.3....
I track weather with Kymesonet....![]()
There are other places to go than just staying home.
What I'm saying is that when you make fun of AL and Global Warming when it's cold where you live doesn't mean that it's not hot some where else. What I said was that it's warmer as a whole on the overall Earth than it's cold.
Global does not focus on KY or where you live. That was my point. It went zooming right over your head.
If you get upset because of that then that's on you not me.. DUDE!
I'm hardly upset....Good lord never mind............medication I presume, lol...There are other places to go than just staying home.

Let me guess you totally buy into Global warming to....right?
Thought I'd lighten the mood lol
Yeah your right about that one. However it allowed me to post that so it was worth it to me. Is it bad that I'm sitting here by myself laughing at how stupid looking that image is hahaha![]()
I thought of you yesterday mhall when I was driving to work in a white out and the ground was white, you predicted this was winter from hell but you did not tell us this would be like our lazy relative that will never leave.
I do not know where moveon is coming from my son lives in Dallas and they have had a cold cold winter. The last ten years we have been in a cooling trend and they had to change the terminology from global warming to climate change to cover this. I remember Al Bore on TV explaining the same thing that causes global warming causes global cooling and for once I agreed with him----it is that temperature goes through about 50 to 60 year cycles. It is not man made if it is how did we have the ice age followed by the warm up sure that was not man made.
Please give us your humble prediction when will this winter from hell leave us. Will we have a hot summer to compensate for the brutal winter????
Thanks roadrunner we have been in a cooling phase as it will continue I think for another few years. Weather goes in cycles people with a brain know this. I feel we are in for unseasonably cool weather for another three weeks and then we should see some forms of normal...whatever that is. I don't think with the influence of the El Nino that we will see extreme heat this year. I do think we will see a very wet and stormy pattern set up for April and May.
Hey Moveon.....the brainiacs at NASA don't really bother much with weather predictions maybe you meant NOAA, LOL. Also by the way they predicted a much warmer than normal winter for most of the lower 48......LMAO, They really nailed it didn't they. The Farmers almanac schooled the CPC.......The Climate Prediction Center and NOAA this year on weather winter pre-season predictions it wasn't even close.
Normal snow for Louisville for the winter season is 12.4 inches and we now set at 25.6 for the year and the CPC and NOAA missed that horribly to....
Also you actually said the Weather channel and experts in the same reference that is beyond laughable. Do you realize that half of those people on there are interns trying to learn from so called experts. Yes they have a few, Dr Greg Forbes is the real deal...
NASA most definitely studies climate change. Just Google NASA climate change or NASA Greenland ice melting and you can find plenty about NASA scientists studies of the topic.
As far as climate change my opinion is that yes there is warming, but personally I don't think there has been any proven link between that and mans behavior. Sure we may be adding to it to a slight degree, but likely there are many forces and variables that attribute variations to the climate over spans of time that are far beyond our control.
