Our tourney for the season opener was a great success!! Cold rainy muddy water but we managed to put 40lbs. in the boat!!. 22.5 the first day and 18.5 Sunday. The fish had moved up farther than we thought and we pounded them!!

Sounds like a good two days!! Did you all win? Was the fishing that good for everyone in the tourney or did you all just find a honey hole? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just asking because I have never fished GRL, usually fish Cumberland, but Green is about 1 1/2 hours from my house and I had planned on trying it this year. Is it really muddy right now? What were the water temps? Do you catch a lot of SM on Green or is it mostly LM? Just wanting some advice from someone who knows the lake pretty good, for a first timer on the lake. Don't want any of your honey holes or anything, just some general advice. Thanks!
