Barren Lake Conditions

Can anyone please provide the lake conditions at Barren? Would like to make down that way this weekend, if the lake is in decent condition. Clear, muddy, stained, low,or high. Are they biting?

The water clarity was all three on Saturday. There some areas that were clear when the wind was not blowing hard. It was mostly stained with some muddy areas from the hard current from the wind. The debris can be an issue if you are not off shore fishing. It lines a lot of the shore line and covers the ramps. The fish were biting ok. They were all over the location and depth scale. I got bites on walls, points and flats. I got reaction bites from crankbaits and bites off jigs and even a c-rig. The water level is coming up but you have to still be a little careful.

Thanks for the update. I did not make the trip. Hated to drive 2 hours not knowing the lake condition with the past weather. Thank you
