The Tweak Revealed

Does anybody read this and actually believe that "The Tweak" was anything more than a total mind-screw? LOL

"The Tweak" was...Aaron needs to pass instead of shoot.

I've got to give it to Johnny; He's a salesman. He had Harrison believing in it, the team believing in it, the media, the fans. The whole lot of them believed in "The Tweak." He knew when he said it that the media would run with it and the rest would be history.

One of the most important things a leader can do is take a group of people and make them all believe in themselves and believe in a strategy that will get them to the finish line. Was it "The Tweak" itself that propelled the team to the Championship Game...or the "placebo effect" of it simply being there in the first place to give them something to latch on to in their minds?

Well he needed to do that because I have said it many times and on here....I just don't like how he played. He reminded me of DWade of the Heat when he was younger. Drive drive drive get in trouble and flop hoping for a foul. All this while he has open teammates waiting to get a shot at the ball.
Well....I hope he learned something because that kind of play in the NBA will only work if your a superstar in the league and even then it will be scrutinized.
