The point that I'm trying to make is that if you give a CO the evidence he can take you to jail. I was fishing with a friend on Rough a few years ago. We were just up in a cove casting toward the bank when we had the CO's pull up and check our license. They ask me what we had in the cooler. I told them "a couple of beers and some water". No beer were open. They ask me if I had been drinking and I said no. They ask me if I was driving the boat and I replied "Yes". They gave me a breathalyzer and I passed. They ask my buddy if he was drinking and he said yes. They asked him if he would take a Breathalyzer and he agreed. They took him to jail. My buddy told me that all the CO's talked about on the way to jail was how glad they were to get off the water so they could catch up on some errands. If my buddy would have said no to the question and test he could have kept fishing.

wow tom that sounds fishy and I am sure that there is two sides to every story. People can set back and arm chair quarterback any situation.
