we went back on Saturday 4/26 ....fished the duck pond managed 7 sauger and several catfish...one big channel about 7 lbs ...on a white grub!!

The sauger were not stacked in there like they sometimes are ...they were in 20ft of water ....I would say the sauger are almost done for the year ...could be wrong ...hope I am

One I cleaned was a female and she had already laid her eggs except for one right by the place they come out at LOL ...I imagine they spawned in March this year because the water was so cold ...Normally the spawn in Feburary
