I didn't weigh it, probably a hair over 5lbs or so...she was fat sure. You know we went on a Tues. specifically because we though it wouldn't be crowded. we were wrong. There were probably 25+ trailers at the ramp by the dam, and at least that many at Ramp #2 mid lake, and probably another 5 or 6 at Cowan Rd. Ramp....mostly Crappie fisherman, but still it was crowded even for a tues. I couldn't imagine the place on a saturday or sunday. We caught 23, and that one was the biggest. saw quite a few on the beds.

Thats what I expected you to say. Man I love that little lake but good Lord the pressure there is just stupid. I wouldn't go there on a Sat or Sun if you paid me, lol..

Are they about done spawning yet? I have no clue what they're doin right now this long winter has thrown me off

water temps I saw were right at 70, with the warm weather and the May full moon coming on the 14th I'd say they are wrapping it up, the last wave of spawners will probably come next week and be done by the week after.
