Most recent luck I've had was pitching noodles and catching fish off cut bait around 6-8 ft deep. nice 3-5lb cats. Managed one 24 lb blue and turned it loose to be caught another day.I've had better luck from 6 p.m to midnight. While waiting on the noodles I'll look for jumps or look for baitfish and throw kastmasters at em and try catching my limit on the hybrids as well. 2 spots I've had most luck at recently was horseshoe bend and near the dam.
