Sep 15, 2014:
Marshall County, AL judge found both men guilty & ordered them to jail for the next 30 days....1 yr suspended jail time....2 yrs probation....400 hrs community service....$1000 fine plus court cost....both may be released posting $1000 bond pending appeal but in doing so they also have to give up their hunting & fishing licenses.
Costly mistake for both of them.
Not a mistake.........a CLEAR and calculated deception on their part. Other anglers should SUE the living **** out of them in civil court.......Loss wages......WHATEVER they can come up with.Sep 15, 2014:

I agree with fines and losing their fishing and hunting privileges. Jail time seems excessive IMO.
