CLEARLY the Twitter user was attempting to impersonate the mayor on twitter. It may have been satire or parody, or whatever, BUT he was breaking Illinois law.

I personally hate Twitter......I hope the douchebag learned a valuable lesson.

Yeah you have to use some common sense when using the keyboard. We all go a little crazy once in a while but making it a daily or weekly campaign do personally attack, abuse or bully someone and you can get spanked.
