We skipped out on gping and just went t9 beaver lake which was a bust saw tons of giant grass carp in the slew to the right pass the dock from the bank and went from there to harbor village in gtown and did what we always do slayed the big gills and a few crappie that was about it

I fished below lock 2 Sunday afternoon, caught a couple small flatheads about 2 miles down river. Water was way to rough to get close to the dam and about a thousand people camping all along the banks below the dam. I did see some hybrids busting some shad on top right before dark down river and I did not bring a casting rod.
