Heading to Cumberland to try for stripers in the morning. As always, plan is to catch shad. If that doesn't happen (always a possibility for me) are there any marinas/docks that have shiners? I usually buy the night before in Jamestown so unsure if there is anywhere on the water to get them. I'll be launching at Pleasant Hill. Thanks for the help.

Also, are the shad still close to the banks or have they moved out to open water?
