Be careful back there, the apartments near there used to pretty rough, no telling what you might run into.

The apartment and basketball court areas are pretty trashy. Stay clear of those areas and make the hike around the lake. Plenty of nice bass in there for you. As far as problems in the area I have never had a issue. But that doesn't mean don't be aware of your surroundings. Good luck sir, let us know if any advice helped.
