Hey guys, I am heading to Patoka this weekend and I want to catch some bass. Let me saw that I'm a rookie and have a hard time catching fish on Patoka. With a family and daughter in fast pitch softball I only get to get out a few times a year so its hard for my to keep up with the fishing. Usually I just beat the banks and luck into 1 or 2. I am not asking for secret spots but any info on how to fish this time of year or where or what to look for, any specific lures? guys I am just a guy with a boat and a old dad that wants to spent time on the lake with his son, oh and would like to finally catch some fish.
