It's been a long time since i have seen it just rain for a couple days the weather sure has changed a lot since i was a kid. I have been wanting some good rains so i can go night crawler and red worm hunting . I know you can buy them but i can tell you first hand there not the same .. I can catch more and bigger fish with our night crowlers and red worms bar none.
This has been a wierd year for rain it seems to want to stay north and east of us .

Here is a place you can check to see what there doing with most lakes .
Man I used to out during or after a nice soaking rain and catch some huge crawlers in the back yard. I'd catch enough in one night to last me for months. Hell back in high school I used to sell em. Wouldn't hurt us to get a little water. My bait creek is getting pretty low
The creek should but up after last night it dropped **** near 3 inches of rain in a hour and a half but i agree on our night crawlers and redworms ive caught more on our worms from here tham anywere else but i just want the water flowing so some of these early summer crappie in the creek and the lake i fish in also i prefer fishing in stained water
