Exactly. He knows he can do whatever he wants. He knows the constitution because he taught it. The problem is he doesn't agree with it. Why do you think that after being ruled against by the Supreme Court and demonizing congress, he calmly looks at the camera and says he has a pen and a phone. He is letting everyone know he thinks the presidency is the supreme political power and he is perfectly willing to ignore the constitution, congress, and the supreme court. It seems no one wants to see what the founders true intent for executive orders was. From what I know(go ahead and say it, I don't know much)it was intended for extreme situations. Everything about our founding was for our Federal Government to be run on a limited scale. None of our Presidents have followed the constitution as to Executive Orders. It's not about the numbers(which can be argued too), but more about the content of those orders.
