Heck maybe we should just annex Mexico and implement the American way down there. Overthrow their gubment and declare it the 51st state. Use their drug lords as politicians and make pot legal everywhere and tax the snot out of it to fund the rebuilding of Mexico. We won't beat them may as well take what we can and extend our southern border waaaaay down south.
