Places to stay on Cumberland River

Me & my boy are planning on going down & fishing for 2 days & looking for somewere reasonable to stay close to Rockhouse,Helms or Winfrey..not against camping either if there's some decent places to camp.Found an old thread on here a couple of days ago..but cant find it now..

We stay at Riverside Retreat at Helm's Landing all the time. It's about 15-20 min from the dam. Phone is: (270)343-3777



I also have seen a couple of cabins right next to Winfrey's ramp, but can't seem to find the link for those.

If those don't work for you, Kendall is a great place to camp, right at the dam. I think there's some cabins near the dam as well, but don't have any info on those. Then there's also motel rooms in Russell Springs, Jamestown and one "economy" motel on the way down to the dam.
